| The number of persons occupying a holiday home must not exceed the number of stated berths. Equipment, such as seating, blankets etc., must not be taken out of the ‘home’ and we regret that all breakages must be charged for. Parents of young children are requested to protect bedding as if it were their own. We will have to charge for mattresses that are soiled. In the interest of all our customers, ball games etc. are not allowed by the holiday homes or in the touring fields, but on the dog free recreation area provided. To keep our park looking good for your enjoyment, cars must where applicable, be parked in the car park. Noise: Visitors are expected to show every consideration to their fellow guests, so please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10.30pm to 7.30am. Dogs: Sorry we do not allow dogs, pets etc. in any of our caravan holiday homes, with the exception of certificated assistance dogs only. Please bring with you: Bottom sheet, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels etc. Hire of linen by arrangement (£8.00 per bed). Colour TV, refrigerators, microwaves, electric kettles and heating in all accommodation. All gas and electricity supplied free of charge. Bookings: Midweek bookings for early and late season by arrangement. We are sorry but groups of young people and all male or female parties are not accepted. Guests are not allowed to bring commercial vehicles on to the park. Telephone bookings will be held for 7 days pending the receipt of a deposit. Credit card payments are subject to 1% surcharge. Please settle the balance of the hire fee, 4 weeks before arrival. Arrival & Departure Times: The holiday homes may be occupied from 3.45 p.m. on a Saturday. It would be appreciated if visitors would notify us if they will be arriving after 9 p.m. A holiday home will be held until 10 p.m. on the day of arrival unless prior notification is made, after which we reserve the right to relet the accommodation. Visitors are requested to vacate their holiday home promptly by 10 a.m. Saturday. Thank you. Please leave it clean and tidy. Thank you. Trevarth Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse any booking application, or to terminate accommodation, at its absolute discretion. Trevarth Holiday Park shall not be liable in the event of accommodation or other advertised facilities or amenities, being unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the owners. Trevarth Holiday Park disclaims all liability for loss or damage in respect of your personal property equipment, vehicles, valuables or cash. Regretfully, refunds, in whole or in part, cannot be made in any circumstances, and our visitors are strongly advised to insure against possible cancellation of their holiday due to illness, etc. TREVARTH HOLIDAY PARK OPENS 1ST APRIL AND CLOSES MID OCTOBER. |
